IntelliDrive OS is cloud point of sale (POS) and business management software for service businesses. It puts a point of sale, payment links, customer records, inventory, quotes, invoices, warranty records, a time clock and reports in one system, for work at the counter and in the field.
It runs in the web browser on phones, tablets and computers and can be added to the home screen. The whole app is available in English and Spanish. IntelliDrive OS is a dba of Run With Jarvis LLC, based in Arlington, Texas.

Barcode scanning with a phone camera or scanner, product and service tabs, discounts, split payments, deposits and preorders, on-account sales, receipts by email or text, voids and refunds, and registers with shifts.
Sent by text or email through the business’s own QuickBooks Payments, Square or Stripe account. The customer signs, accepts the terms, can add a tip and pays on the processor’s checkout. IntelliDrive does not connect to card terminals.
Three kinds of proof document (completed job, service-call deposit, part order) with an access log. The record keeps the signature, accepted terms, IP address and device, up to five photos, and the location when the customer’s browser shares it. Square accounts also get dispute management. Yes, with QuickBooks Online. The business pushes sales and payments to QuickBooks when it chooses; it is a one-way push, not an automatic sync. QuickBooks Payments links are supported too.
QuickBooks Payments, Square and Stripe, through the business’s own account. Customers pay by a link sent by text or email. IntelliDrive does not connect to card terminals.
Only for cash sales in an app that was already open when the connection dropped; they sync when the connection returns. Everything else needs an internet connection.
On a payment-link sale the customer signs and accepts the terms before paying. IntelliDrive keeps the signature, the terms, the IP address and device, photos, and the location when the customer’s browser shares it, in a proof PDF. Square accounts also get dispute management. It is evidence for a dispute, not a guarantee of the outcome.
No. New accounts have unlimited users, and there is no per-user fee. Shops and registers are not limited either.
Scheduling, dispatch and route ordering for each tech’s day are the GetTimePad add-on at $199 a month. The KeyBot AI receptionist is a separate product from thekeybot.com and is not part of IntelliDrive OS.
