Sell keys, remotes and parts online from the same catalog and stock you use at the counter, with Year/Make/Model search so shoppers find what fits their vehicle.
The IntelliDrive OS online store sells the products you choose from your IntelliDrive catalog, using the same stock as your shops and vans. The Online Store screens are in every account on the $79/month plan; the shopper-facing website is available on request, and we set it up with you.
Shoppers search by Year/Make/Model, FCC ID or OEM part number, read product reviews, get volume pricing and discount codes, and pay by card through Stripe, with shipping rates from Shippo, a flat rate or local pickup.
The store is its own website for your business, with your name, colors, policies and web address. It is available on request, and we set it up with you.
In Online Store, Publish Products, choose which catalog items appear online, and give them online titles, descriptions and search-engine text. Product photos come from your catalog.
Generate fitment from the vehicle details already on your products, then add or remove vehicles for any product in the Fitment editor.
Set volume pricing, create discount codes, and choose Shippo rates, a flat rate, a free-shipping threshold or local pickup in Store Settings.
Paid orders arrive in Online Orders. Get the shipping label, add tracking (the shopper is emailed) or refund from the order.
The store is built for businesses that sell vehicle keys, remotes and parts.
Yes. Only products you publish appear online, and each one shows what is available to sell: the stock on hand across your active shops and vans, minus units held in other shoppers’ checkouts. When a shopper starts checkout, their units are held for 15 minutes, so two people cannot buy the last one.
Prices and totals are always worked out by IntelliDrive, never in the shopper’s browser, and your costs never appear online.
Fitment is generated in bulk from the vehicle details already on your products, and you can add or remove vehicles for any product in the Fitment editor. Products carry their FCC ID and OEM part number, and the store builds a page for each one, so a shopper can search the FCC ID printed on their remote.
A discount code takes a percentage or a fixed amount off the order, or makes shipping free. Each code can have a minimum order, a usage limit and start and end dates, and you can switch it off at any time.
Volume pricing is one store-wide table of quantity breaks, for example a percentage off at five or more of the same item. Larger buyers can send a bulk quote request, which lands in Bulk Quotes for you to answer.
At checkout the store shows shipping rates from Shippo, or your flat rate, with free shipping over an amount you choose and local pickup if you offer it.
Paid orders arrive in Online Orders. From each order you get the shipping label, add the tracking number, which emails the shopper, or issue a refund. Shoppers also get an order confirmation and, when it applies, a refund email.
Everything shoppers see is managed from the Online Store screens: which products are published, online titles and descriptions, fitment, discount codes, shipping settings, your store policies and contact details, the waiting list for out-of-stock products, bulk quote requests and reviews. Reviews appear as soon as they are submitted, and you can hide or delete any of them from the Reviews page.
