By accessing or using IntelliDrive OS, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

IntelliDrive OS is a cloud-based point-of-sale and business management platform designed for mobile service businesses. The service includes sales processing, customer management, inventory tracking, reporting, and integrations with third-party services.

3. Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Subscription & Billing

IntelliDrive OS is offered as a subscription service. Pricing, billing cycles, and plan details are presented during signup. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you enter into IntelliDrive OS. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your business data. You may export or delete your data at any time.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use IntelliDrive OS for any unlawful purpose, to transmit harmful code, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or to interfere with the service for other users.

7. Limitation of Liability

IntelliDrive OS is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support or using the account deletion feature in your profile settings.
