$79 a month for your whole business
IntelliDrive OS has one plan: $79 a month for the whole business, billed monthly. It includes every IntelliDrive feature and unlimited users, shops and registers. New accounts get 30 days free — a card is required at signup and the first charge is on day 31, so you can cancel in Settings → Billing before then and pay nothing. Accounts started before December 31, 2026 keep $79 a month for life. Customers pay through your own QuickBooks Payments, Square or Stripe account, whose processing fees are separate. Scheduling and dispatch (GetTimePad) is an optional $199/month add-on.

How do the trial and billing work?
30 days free
Your card goes on file at signup and nothing is charged for the plan until day 31. Cancel in Settings → Billing before then and you pay nothing. Your account starts with sample data so you can try everything first.
Billed monthly
$79 a month, month to month, with no contract. Your subscription is billed by Run With Jarvis LLC dba IntelliDrive OS. Cancel anytime in Settings → Billing. Billing questions: contact@intellidriveos.com.
Your own payment processor
Customers pay by link through your own QuickBooks Payments, Square or Stripe account. That provider sets and charges its own processing fees; IntelliDrive doesn't take a cut.
