IntelliDrive OS runs the sale. GetTimePad, the scheduling add-on, runs the calendar and the techs on the road. Connected, a finished job becomes a sale without retyping it.
Scheduling and dispatch for IntelliDrive OS come from GetTimePad, an add-on that costs $199/month on top of the $79/month IntelliDrive plan. It covers scheduling, dispatch, live GPS, ETA texts to customers, Tech Mode for technicians and review requests. A GPS tracking device is $299 one-time.
IntelliDrive has no calendar of its own. Once GetTimePad is connected, its jobs appear in IntelliDrive, and you start the sale from a job with the customer, services and vehicle notes already filled in.
GetTimePad also suggests the order of each technician’s day by drive time. IntelliDrive itself does not plan routes.
GetTimePad is the scheduling and dispatch add-on, $199/month on top of IntelliDrive. Set up your techs and services there.
In IntelliDrive, Settings, Integrations, connect your GetTimePad account. Customers, services, appointments and payments are copied into IntelliDrive.
Put jobs on the calendar, assign them to techs and follow them on the road with live GPS, while customers get ETA texts.
IntelliDrive’s Appointments page lists the synced jobs by status, from penciled in to completed.
From a job, start a sale on the Sell page. The customer, the services and the vehicle notes are filled in; confirm the items and take payment.
Not on its own. IntelliDrive OS is the point of sale, invoicing, inventory and payments side of your business. Scheduling and dispatch are in GetTimePad, a separate add-on at $199/month. Without GetTimePad connected, IntelliDrive’s Appointments page simply asks you to connect it.
GetTimePad costs $199/month in addition to the $79/month IntelliDrive plan, and includes:
Connect GetTimePad in IntelliDrive’s Settings, Integrations. IntelliDrive then copies your GetTimePad customers, services, appointments and payments, and its Appointments page lists the jobs by status: penciled in, confirmed, en route, arrived, started, completed or canceled.
From a job you can start a sale on the Sell page, with the customer, the services and the vehicle and appointment notes filled in. The sale is then paid the usual way, including a payment link through your own QuickBooks Payments, Square or Stripe account.
In GetTimePad. That is where jobs are booked, where techs work them in Tech Mode and where customers get their ETA texts. IntelliDrive’s Appointments page lists the jobs GetTimePad sends. A status change or tech assignment made there is sent to GetTimePad, which handles it the same way as a change made in GetTimePad, texts to the customer included. Times, notes and new jobs are handled in GetTimePad.
GetTimePad does. For a technician with two or more jobs in a day, it suggests an order and start times based on drive time from your main location. You can run it for one tech or for every tech’s day at once.
Nothing changes until you accept the suggestion. Then the jobs move to the suggested times and drive-time blocks are added to the calendar. IntelliDrive itself does not plan routes.
Not by itself. Scheduling and dispatch come from GetTimePad, an add-on that costs $199 a month on top of the $79 a month IntelliDrive plan. Without it, IntelliDrive has no calendar of its own.
