No Hardware to Buy
Customers pay through a link on their own phone. IntelliDrive has no card terminal and takes no in-person card payments.
Optional Tipping
The payment page offers 15%, 20% or 25%, or a custom tip, before the customer pays.
Your Own Processor Account
Payments run through your QuickBooks Payments, Square or Stripe account and land there. IntelliDrive adds no fee; your processor’s normal fees apply.
Chargeback Evidence
On a payment-link sale, the record keeps the customer’s signature, the terms they accepted, IP address and device, photos, and location when the customer’s browser shares it. It is evidence, not a guarantee.
Three Kinds of Proof Documents
Completed-job, service-call deposit and part-order links each show the right terms, with a log of when the link was opened, signed and paid.
Square Dispute Management
Square disputes are copied in and matched to the sale. IntelliDrive builds the evidence packet, emails you before the deadline with a 48-hour reminder, and submits your rebuttal.
Card Fee Shown Up Front
If you charge a card processing fee, the payment page shows it before the customer pays and recalculates it when they add a tip.
Refunds
Full or partial refunds by an owner or admin, with a fresh two-factor check. Square and Stripe refunds go back through the processor.

Split one sale across cash, a payment link and on-account credit.

QuickBooks refunds: IntelliDrive voids the invoice or sales receipt in QuickBooks, or adds a credit memo for a partial refund. Your processor’s own fees apply to every payment.
QuickBooks Payment Links
QuickBooks payment links are created as invoices in your QuickBooks, and the customer pays by card or ACH. Separately, you can push sales, payments, customers and items from IntelliDrive to QuickBooks Online whenever you choose. That push is one-way and you start it; it is not an automatic sync.
