3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. We use HTTPS for all data transmission and encrypt sensitive data at rest. Your business data is isolated per tenant and never shared with other customers.

4. Third-Party Services

IntelliDrive OS integrates with third-party services at your discretion, including QuickBooks Online for accounting sync, Twilio for SMS notifications, and Stripe for payment processing. Each service has its own privacy policy.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time from your Profile settings within the app. Upon account deletion, your personal data will be permanently removed within 30 days. Anonymized transaction records may be retained for legal compliance.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You may export your data or request a copy at any time by contacting support.
