IntelliDrive OS connects to your Square account from Settings → Integrations. From the register, you text or email a Square payment link; the customer can add a tip and sign on IntelliDrive's payment page, then pays by card on Square's checkout. Square's webhook marks the sale paid. Square disputes are copied in with an evidence packet and deadline reminders, and refunds go back through Square. Pricing is $79/month for the whole business, with unlimited users and no extra fee for the integration.
From the register to a confirmed payment in four steps.
Sign in to Square from Settings → Integrations and choose the Square location payments go to.
Ring up the sale and choose the Square payment link. Text or email it to the customer, or copy it.
The customer can add a tip and signs on IntelliDrive’s payment page, then pays by card on Square’s checkout page.

Before checkout, the customer can choose 15%, 20% or 25%, or a custom tip. The tip is added to the Square order and saved on the sale.

Square disputes are copied into IntelliDrive and matched to the sale. IntelliDrive builds the evidence packet, emails you the deadline with a 48-hour reminder, and submits your rebuttal when you say so.
An owner or admin refunds the sale in IntelliDrive, and the refund goes back through Square to the customer’s card.
Tax Vault suggests the percentage of card sales to set aside in Square Savings for sales tax. You set it in your Square Dashboard.
